PCF Celebrates SG60

PCF has been shaping Singapore’s future for generations. We support families and communities, from preschoolers to seniors, through education, care, and community initiatives. We bring children, parents, and grandparents together, building a stronger, more connected Singapore. PCF ensures no one is left behind, no matter their age, background, or ability.

We are not just helping families and communities – they’re building the foundation for a better tomorrow.

To mark this special occasion, we are thrilled to present six celebratory events, each designed to strengthen intergenerational bonds and celebrate the inclusive spirit that defines our nation. These events, bringing together children, seniors, families, and our team, offer opportunities for shared joy and reflection. Discover how, together, we continue to build a brighter future for Singapore.

Take a look at some of our children’s inventions!

Our Sparkletots children have created numerous creative inventions through the STEMIE programme!

Get up close to 170 inventions at the STEMIE showcase at Future Ready Fair and be amazed at their innovative solutions. Here’s a sneak peek at some of our children’s works:

Blind-Friendly Water Dispenser – Invented by Ng Rui Zhen

Rui Zhen designed a blind–friendly water dispenser that helps people with visual impairment in pouring water. Users can feel the buttons on the dispenser to pick either room temperature water or hot boiling water.

Rui Zhen used a magnet on the cup to act as a water sensor for users to control the amount of water they need. With this handy device, visually impaired people can pour water without worrying about water overflowing from the cup and scalding their hands. What a helpful tool!
