Job Holder Requirements

Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood/Child Psychology/Education or background in regulation or quality assurance.

Experience: At least 2 years of relevant working experience. Those with experience in Early Childhood will have an added advantage.

Other Qualities, Knowledge & Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written skills with the ability to pay attention to details and feedback.
  • Ability to conduct research and gather relevant information. Knowledge of Early Childhood will be an added advantage.
  • Resilient and able to work in varied settings and fast-paced environment.
  • High ethical standards with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for a more senior role.
