I’m Xiao Li and I have16 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. Before becoming a centre principal, I was a Chinese Curriculum leader and trainer at PCF headquarters for nearly 3 years. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Curriculum Leadership.

As a centre leader, I collaborate with the Community Care Corner, engaging children in intergenerational programmes, outdoor activities, and technology integration to enhance learning.
