I joined PCF Sparkletots in 2000 as a teacher and became a centre leader in 2006. These experiences gave me the skills and knowledge I needed. They shaped me into who I am today, an Early Childhood practitioner.
In 2013 and 2016, the centre I led achieved SPARK accreditation. My team demonstrated a commitment to preschool quality standards. I do my best to guide and inspire my team. I want them to keep improving their skills to provide high-quality education and care for young learners.
The learning environment plays a vital role in shaping children’s learning experiences. With my team, we aim to create authentic learning experiences. We want to make a space for kids to explore and build new knowledge. We work with community partners and families.
