I have 19 years of experience in early childhood education.
I joined Sparkletots as a centre leader. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education. In 2020, my centre won the PCF Award for innovative practices. These practices inspire and motivate my team to grow.
In our lessons, we’ve introduced future-ready technology, such as Stop Motion. It’s for the children to be creative and confident learners. As a centre leader, I believe in the 4 Ps: People, Process, Perseverance, and Professional development. They are my guiding principles for empowering and growing as a team to be future-ready. Change is the only constant. We must keep inspiring and innovating to meet the future.
