I have an Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership. I am currently running a large childcare centre. Before this, I gained experience in several Sparkletots preschools that offer different services. I switched from accountancy to early childhood because of my passion for working with children. It has been 12 years since then.
My passion further fueled my desire to pursue a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood. Children’s learning must interest them. This will make learning meaningful and engaging.
As a result, children will feel motivated to explore and gain knowledge.
