I’m Nirmala and I have dedicated 20 years to the Early Childhood industry. I joined Sparkletots in 2004. 

My centre transitioned from a kindergarten service centre to a dual service centre in 2018. Under my leadership, my centre achieved a 36-month operating license and retained the SPARK Commendation Award since 2012.

My centre has also earned a strong bond with stakeholders, achieving a good satisfaction rate in the parents’ annual survey 2023. Collaborations with the community include SSBD Projects, Nurture Kids by ActiveSG, Intergeneration Activities, STEMIE, and many more.
