I am Vilashini, a passionate early childhood educator with over 18 years of experience. I began my journey as a preschool teacher with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education-Teaching. In 2008, I joined the PCF Sparkletots family and has grown through various roles, including form teacher, mentor, senior teacher, lead teacher, curriculum development team member, and GEMS participant.
I am committed to professional development and have attained the Advanced Diploma in Preschool Education in Leadership and the Advanced Certificate in Early Years Education. I regularly attend trainings, workshops, and conferences.
