I am Prehma Balakrishnan and I joined PCF Sparkletots in 2023 as a Centre Leader, with a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education. My 12 years of experience as an Early Childhood Educator, have instilled in me a desire to help children face the adversities in life. 

I am committed to providing children the opportunity and experiences to hone their skills. As a centre leader, I aim to guide and inspire my passionate team to continuously enhance their pedagogical skills. I focus on their personal and professional growth to enhance the teaching and learning practices of the centre.

In 2023, our centre achieved SPARK accreditation, a testament to our commitment to preschool quality standards.
