With 30 years of experience in PCF, I have seen the Early Childhood sector’s evolution and changes. I pursued my Masters in Education with NIE-NTU and graduated with Merit in 2022.

I continue to contribute to the growth and development of children during their formative years. I have Intermediate Certification by Trinity Guildhall in Speech and Drama for Early Years. ​

​I have witnessed many successes when children can be themselves and enjoy learning. ​

​Hence today, in my work as a leader, I believe in working with my team to develop a wholesome child. As a transformational leader, I believe in constant change to move forward. I set achievable goals and help my team overcome challenges to bring the best out of them.  ​
