I have been in the Early Childhood industry for 20 years. I am currently pursuing the Masters in Education (Early Childhood) at NIE as I believe in constantly learning and updating myself with the latest trends and updates in the industry. I achieved SPARK accreditation in Year 2022 and was awarded Best Mentor in 2019.
As a centre leader, I ensure that the children under our care receive quality care and learning. To achieve this, I work closely with my team, enhancing the curriculum such that it suits the children’s learning needs and develop their love for learning.
I strongly believe that the school, home and community need to work closely hand-in-hand for a child to grow holistically. Over the years, my team and I have planned activities and programmes to involve these stakeholders.
Through these activities and programmes, strong bonds have been forged between the centre and parents.
