My name is Angelina Low and I am a passionate and experienced early childhood educator who has been the Centre Principal at PCF Sparkletots Preschool since 2016. With over 10 years of experience in the field, I am committed to nurturing the minds of our youngest learners and fostering a love of learning in children. Under my leadership, PCF Sparkletots achieved the ECDA SPARK Accreditation twice, in 2014 and 2023, respectively.
