I’m Phoebe and I have a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood. I’m about understanding each child’s cultural context and showcasing teaching through reflective documentation.

I foster a learning culture and teamwork among educators while prioritising relationships and inclusivity. In 2021, I received the PCF Promising Leader award. In 2023, our centre earned SPARK accreditation with commendation, a testament to our dedication to quality preschool education.
