My journey into early childhood education began with the Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Education in 2002, where I was the first male graduate.

Since joining Sparkletots in 2012, I have taken a hands-on leadership approach. I encourage my teachers to experiment, reflect and refine their teaching practices. Moreover, I am a firm believer in partnering with families and communities in the development of young children. Our centre achieved SPARK certification in 2024. We have also earned a 36-month operating licence from ECDA.
