My name is Faizah Hanim and I have 10 years of experience in early childhood education, I joined Sparkletots in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education.

My journey began with 16 years of teaching and leading in private childcare before my leadership role in Sparkletots. From a teacher to a centre leader, these professional development and experiences equipped me with the skills and knowledge needed to shape me to who I am today.

My love for children and witnessing their growth fuels my daily work. Leading by example, I strive daily to instil calmness and positivity in my team, creating a welcoming environment for our children, families, and teachers each day. My goal? To create a safe, welcoming, respectful, and fun learning environment. 

In 2021, our centre achieved SPARK accreditation with commendation, a testament to our commitment to preschool quality standards.
