My name is Ainai and I am a dedicated and experienced early childhood educator with over 10 years of experience in the field. In 2023, my centre achieved SPARK accreditation, a testament to my team’s commitment to preschool quality standards.
As Centre Leader, I guide and inspire my dedicated team to enhance their skills continuously. I build strong relationships with parents and the community, recognising that these connections are essential in nurturing children’s holistic development. I collaborate with community partners to ensure nutritious meals, intergenerational programmes and community garden projects for my students. These initiatives foster a sense of community, social responsibility and environmental awareness among the children.
