I have been an early childhood educator for 20 years. I am among the first few cohorts of diploma graduates from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. I attained a Bachelor’s in Education to enhance my pedagogy skills.
As a Centre Leader, I do my best to inspire a positive school culture, strong leadership, and professional growth among my staff. My team has strengthened partnerships with parents and the community. I also work closely with KidStart to ensure that each child has equal opportunities for education in Singapore.
