I have been a teacher at PCF Sparkletots Preschool since 1999, and I became a centre leader in 2003.
I obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Childhood and Family Education from Edith Cowan University, and to hone my leadership skills, I was selected to attend the Principal Matter Leaders Overseas Learning Trip to Boston and the ECDA Leader 3 Years Professional Development programmes. I was awarded the ECDA’s Early Childhood Innovation – Commendation Award Project: Our Young Explorers in 2017.
The past centre at Sembawang, which I led, achieved SPARK accreditation with Commendation in 2016.
